Do you process LPOs for government institutions?
Yes. We accept Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from government hospitals, district councils, MSD, and other government entities. Contact us with your LPO requirements.
Do you supply refurbished or used equipment?
No. Optius International supplies 100% new, brand-new medical equipment only. We do not deal in refurbished, reconditioned, or used items. Every product comes with full manufacturer warranty.
Can you deliver outside Dar es Salaam?
Yes. We deliver and install equipment nationwide across all regions of Tanzania including Zanzibar, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya, Tanga, and more. Contact us for regional delivery terms.
Do you offer maintenance contracts after purchase?
Yes. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for all equipment we supply, covering scheduled preventive maintenance and priority corrective repairs. Request AMC pricing via the quote form.
Are your products TMDA registered?
Yes. Optius International is a TMDA-certified medical device importer and distributor. All products are imported, cleared, and supplied in full compliance with Tanzania regulatory requirements.
